Directorate: Employee Relations AIM: To facilitate sound employee relations and promote effective HR policies and practices. Directorate: Employee Development & Performance Management AIM: To ensure the development of departmental human resources and a performance management culture. Promote and co-ordinate training and development interventions in the department. Directorate: ICT Service Delivery and Operations AIM: To ensure a stable ICT environment that enables the efficient and effective utilisation of information technology, as a strategic resource within the DAFF. Oversee and manage the development, modification, enhancement and where necessary, retirement of all DAFF ICT systems. Directorate: Integrated Human Resources Management AIM: To render integrated human resources management services for the Branch: Fisheries. Render sound labour relations and performance management services within the Branch. Manage the implementation of policies and programmes on transformation and employee wellness within the Branch. Render services with regard to property management and facilities. Co-ordinate the development of national policy and facilitate the implementation of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries financing programmes.
